Aparicio Horacio was born in 1887.  Aparicio Horacio's father was Carlos Frías Díaz and his mother is Nicasia Díaz Allende.  His paternal grandfather was José Aparicio Frías Avila and his paternal grandmother is Guillermina Díaz de Albornoz González. He had five brothers and a sister, named Carlos Antonio, Pedro José, Féix Augusto, Luis Rodolfo, Alberto Ricardo and Guillermina.  He was the third oldest of the seven children.  Aparicio Horacio is no longer alive.
