Carlos Antonio was born in 1884.  Carlos Antonio's father was Carlos Frías Díaz and his mother is Nicasia Díaz Allende.  His paternal grandfather was José Aparicio Frías Avila and his paternal grandmother is Guillermina Díaz de Albornoz González. He had five brothers and a sister, named Pedro José, Aparicio Horacio, Féix Augusto, Luis Rodolfo, Alberto Ricardo and Guillermina.  He was the oldest of the seven children.  Carlos Antonio is no longer alive.
