José Luis Frías Pasman

José Luis was born in 1913. José Luis' father was Enrique Frías Cabirau and his mother is Nelly Pasman Livingston. His paternal grandfather was Pedro Tomás Frías García and his paternal grandmother is Clemencia Cabirau Prudent. He had three brothers and a sister, named Horacio, Guillermo Arturo, Carlos Miles and Nelly Isabel. He is the third oldest of the five children.
